first brisket sort of-don't laugh at pic

<p />I said don't laugh! I tied them together with tie wire garlic inbetween and cowlick rub and french's mustard. 250 degrees for almost 7 hours. Lot's of fat, could have gone longer. Was very tasty will end up going into a stew or something. Thanks BobbieQ for the idea. Pic is 3 hours into cook.[p]Aloha![p]Greg
