    Wow, first cook reminds of the Turducken from John Madden, guess your's might be Chi-tend-am--pro-ato bacon chile jammy. 
    Is your chow chow canned or fresh? SWMBO likes it fresh with less cider vinegar.

    The Chow Chow is from the same company that makes the bacon jam.  FIL made chow chow and his was the best, but this one is a very close second.
    My first read I say sammy not jammy, but the tender in chile would make a great sammy too....Have to try that.
