So my Fire Box cracked a few weeks ago and I sent the pic to my dealer . I got a quick response telling me to leave it with him and he will get back to me asap .
Got an email today saying there is a new Box for me to pick up when ever .
Its not so common to get amazing customer service in todays market . But time and time again these guys have gone well above and beyond for me !

Agreed! Although not my local egg shop, whenever I've dropped in to Dickson's, Mike, Phil and Rob take care of me. Looking forward to this year's fest!

Its great !! I fried my gasket maybe a month or 2 into egging and they drove to my place and replaced the Gasket .
These guys really are top notch .
Also I should note that i fried it again and just put on a Rutland and it works gloriously
