Lean grass fed Iowa beef on a 500 degree raised small direct. Dusted with some Butchers Burger Rub. Nice day out today after six inches of snow yesterday. Balmy -20 below but at least the sun was out. Topped mine with Soy cheddar (crap doesn't melt or taste like cheese) kids with American and wife's with mild cheddar. Pulled at 158 and tossed on some butter buns for the kids and mrs. Plated up with some sweet tator waffle fries and FRESHLY frozen veggies. Ugly plate but that's just the way it goes on a balmy Sunday night. My burger was topped with guacamole, BBQ sauce and a couple fried onions.
