Bad Brisket? Great Chili!

Yesterday I fouled up a brisket.  I. Didn't want to waste the leftovers by any means so I turned it into a great tasting Texas style chili.  Lesson: don't let a bad cook get you down,  learn how to use it to teach yourself a new recipe.  It was a bit spicy for the wife but perfect for me.
