As it's a long weekend here for Australia Day, thought I'd share what I will be cooking .
We have the must have Lamb for the day itself, rolled, boned. Covered with garlic ,mint,salt and pepper,
This will be going on my homemade KegaQue
Rough around the edges, but does the job.
Two bowls of chicken wingettes to nibble on tonight, plain bbq for the kids, and BGE Viva Caliente on the others for me.
I've also managed to get 5lb brisket, haven't made up my mind what to do with this yet.
And finally beef ribs, which, if anyone has any suggestions of what and how to do them , then jump in.
Oh and the beer on the side is for now.

Well here's the lamb on the Keg Covered with mint, garlic, Salt, pepper, only took 1 1/2 hr of at 145IT then FTC for 2 hrs.

Brisket went on the egg at 2.15pm been on there 71/2 hrs IT 169. Used best odds brisket rub,
