Second Cook -- Turbo Ribs
Meathead1974
Posts: 69
Using Mickey's suggestion and since I didn't have a lot of time, I decided to make my second cook, Baby Back Ribs, turbo style. 340 degrees for 1hr 45 minutes. I used a rub that SWMBO came up with and a sauce that she made in our Vitamix. I didn't foil at all and sauced 15 minutes prior to pulling them.
Funny thing is that I have eaten at some top rated rib joints and mine were better.
I am going to Tucker GA on business this week and am thinking about stopping by the Mothership for some more toys....

I'm from Atlanta and had my egg for just over a year, my in-laws live 4 miles from the mother-ship andthey have been wanting to take me by. My first visit was yesterday and I am sold. Everybody there was very pleasant and generally glad to see you. I have several dealers around town but Tucker has the goods. Make time time to visit, you will not be sorry.Atlanta, GA - LBGE -

Sure have - many times and I believe they "turbo" better than BB anyway because of the higher fat contentRe-gasketing America one yard at a time. -
