MAN LAW Wing Rack

I recently purchased the MAN LAW Wing Rack. Worked out great, it just barely fits in the Large so I had some trouble getting it out. My only complaint was that the stands on either end don't lock in very well, on the one side the stand on the right had a tendency to fold down. I do like how compact it gets when the stands are folded down.
Final result
I cooked the chicken at 400. When I brought them into the kitchen the wife said they didn't look crispy enough for her, so I took them off the Rack and seared them direct for a few minutes. Does it make sense to cook them at a temp higher than 400 since it's kinda indirect?

Looks like a lot of work to cook wings

Ha ha, yeah, it's called a Wing Rack, but they are better suited towards hanging legs. In fact the real reason I purchased this was to try hanging Chinese Char Sui. We'll see how that goes.

They look good from here! Do you think the rack would work without the grill pan or does it need the pan for stability?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I love my hanging leg rack. Never used it for wings, though. Mine doesn't have a drip pan, either.

I think I can rig it without the drip pan. I'll give that a shot. I had put sweet red peppers in the pan with olive oil and it was really good though, nice and sweet
