Rack of Pork

Options
Picked up a rack of pork from Costo. Rubbed it heavy with brown sugar and a molasses bacon flavored rub. Put it on indirect at 275 for about 3 hours until internal temp was 145. Served with a cherry pomegranate habanero sauce. It was amazing and may be one of my favorite meals off the egg to date!
