My first turkey for Thanksgiving

I just used the BGE recipe for my first turkey and it was very good. I cooked it to 163 on the breast and the legs were about 172. The meat was very juicy and a ton of flavor. It was a hit at our Thanksgiving lunch. I am glad my next door neighbor has an egg because I needed to cook two of them Sunday morning by 11:00 am so I had one on mine and one on his…love thy neighbor.
