I love cooking baby backs on my medium, they always come out fantastic, but does anyone have any suggestions for fitting more than two racks?

Swing grate. There was a group buy a while ago but I'm not sure where you can get it now. May. Be worth researching.Extra Large, Large, and Mini. Tucker, GA

The way I used to cook 2 or 3 racks is by "coiling" them around each other and keeping them separate with toothpicks.

Coil or use a rib rack, most hold four pieces (not full racks) on a MBGE. Sounds silly maybe, but I cut the racks into 8 or 9 rib sections that will fit on the medium. Four 8-9 rib partial racks will give me close to 3 full racks. The trimmed end of four or five ribs can be used for Asian ribs which are cooked individually. The swing rack lets me throw three full racks of typical Canadian ribs on the MBGE. Costco US ribs are too big to get them on the medium unless trimmed or coiled. Coiling also keeps the ends in the shadow of the setter avoiding overcooked ends.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
