How do you lift your butts?

I smoked 5 pork butts (over 40# of meat) on my large BGE. The butts sat on the main grid above an inverted platesetter and on a grid extender (3 on bottom, 2 on top). I had some difficulty removing the butts, since when fully cooked they tend to fall apart and the nice, crisp, sticky bark gets stuck to the grids.[p]I used an extra wide spatula, but it was bending under the weight of each butt (8-9#). [p]Any suggestions on what works well?[p]Thanks.
