Balsamic Vinegar Pie on the Egg

  • Lawn Ranger,[p]what is a balsalmic vin pie? i know basalmic vinegar, but is this sweet or what? it kinda looks like a pecan without the pecans.!

    Wise One, kidding[p]1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 Tbs. Vanilla
    3 Tbs. Vinegar...I use Balsamic
    2-3 Tbs. Flour
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter...melted and cooled
    I sprinkled in a very little ginger and allspice
    mix all together and...[p]Pour into a baking shell...cook at 300 for 45 - 50 minutes[p]Very quick...very easy...very good.[p]Mike[p]

    Aw Mike,
    I thought your talents were just in egg tools and etc. keep up the good work. try Dr BBQ's baked bean pie. I ve done it a couple of times with terrific results from the crowd.
