I have a difficult time walking past the meat counter and not buying a good-looking piece of meat..... Our business Costco just started selling pork legs. I will be smoking this up for lunch at the office on Tuesday

This is the front leg, not the ham..the butt portion was cut off....if the butt was connected, it would be the whole shoulder

No Egg at the office, I cook this all night long at home and then take it into the office when it's finished.... One of the perks of being retired, I just go in whenever I want

This will slow cook for about 20 hours, no injections, just a little salt and pepper for the rub
