St Louise's & Texas Toast

Did a rack of St Louise ribs from a new butcher to me; already had a rub on it, so went with that and then sauced half of them at the end, both were great. Also grilled some garlic toast with parmesan, rosemary and olive oil, fresh 'maters and olives rounded out the meal.
