Smoke leaking from gasket

I just put 2 butts on and have the 2 wires from my wireless Mavrick, the wire from my Nano Q, and another wire from another meat thermometer coming out between the top and bottom gasket. I have pressed the top down as much as I can but still have smoke coming out of the gasket. Any problems with this or solutions?

No big deal. I have a butt on with two maverick wires and a wire for my PartyQ, and I'm getting a little bit of smoke leaking out as well. But, as long as you're able to hold temp, shouldn't cause any issues.

Ditch the tin foil, you don't need it for a low and slow. Otherwise, as long as you are holding temperature you are good.

Thanks for the comments. All is well. No more smoke. This was at the very beginning where my smoking wood was burning and the fan was blowing. Temp is holding steady.Born and raised in NOLA. Now live in East TN.
