Simple ribs, no sauce

"Neighbors by Choice" rub, spritzing after the first hour then every half hour with apple cider. 5.5 hours at 280.  Mid-way added powdered ginger on the ribs and spritzed the ginger in after about a quarter hour.  No sauce.  The -absolute- finest ribs I have cooked so-far.  I am not a great cook, it is the power of the BGE!  Corn added for the last half hour. perfect.
