Finally got approved to post. I bought a mini at the Athens Eggfest and have been reading the forum since. I've noticed my kind of people here, Aggies, Texans, beer drinkers, a few kayakers and at least one MINI driver.
I don't have pics of cooks on the egg but I'll try to do better.
Wear maroon, live maroon, bleed maroon.

I've been to the unopened Ceramic Grill Store already.I'm not totally new to egg style cooking, a "bubba keg" is used also. Having that lead me to the mini, I wanted something smaller to use.
