Beef Ribs

The wife picked up some beef ribs yesterday. Any hints on cooking these bad boys? They don't look nearly as big as the rib's I've had at brazilian steak houses.
I'm ready to play though!

I also think that recipe makes the best beef ribs I have ever had. I've also used it for beef short ribs.
