Having a green egg is funny. People find out that you fired it up at 6 AM for pulled pork then they randomly start making plans to show up at your house just in time for dinner. Just waiting for the smell to hit the neighbourhood :) On at 220 grill temp. 260 dome with some Applewood. Temp steady at 260 for 2 hours so far. Almost Beer time!
