Butcher Paper Baby Back Ribs

Options
I've researched using butcher paper on briskets. Aaron Franklin does it and many people have duplicated it with success. Just wondering if anyone out there in egg land has used butcher paper on baby backs or other ribs? Thanks for input.

I've done beef ribs and brisket recently that way but there is really no need on an egg unless you want to speed up the cook. It's still just a crutch no matter if you use paper or foil. Paper breathes a little more for whatever that may be worth.

I like a nice bark on ribs so I've never wrapped them. I've wrapped brisket before, a la Franklin, but didn't notice anything different. I bought a 1000' foot roll of the paper he uses and now my kids use it mostly for arts and crafts.
