Spatchcock Chicken Salad

I cooked an additional bird yesterday. Used that to make chicken salad. Chicken, Mayo, Cider Vinegar, Dill Cubes, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, and Crush Pineapple. I do everything by feel and guess so I don't have exact measurements. Really turned out well. It also makes it real easy for sandwhiches during the week.
