Deep fry w/Mini ?

Mickey that  is the deep fry king on the Mini
I wanna do some funnel cakes in a CI fry pan w/ Woo
so my dumb ? is
how do you keep temp the same
I take it that if I keep the Egg temp at like 350° my oil should stay the same, Right?

    No. You have to take the temp of the oil. And when the first batch is done you have to let the oil get back to temp.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    You will not be able to take temp of Egg ( the top is open the whole time).
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    I use a Thermapen or you could use a hot oil therm

    Be sure and take pictures. Also please do not be next to the house or kids. Be careful.

    Thermapen also, its not too hard as once you hit a temp the vent door stays in the same spot. Good luck.

    Frying outside is best as no scents are lingering in the house
