Salmon Saturday

Cedar Plank, Mayo, Stonewall Kitchen Wicked Good Seafood Rub, Egg at 425 for 25 minutes and two IPA's. First Salmon on the Egg. The texture, tenderness and moisture were just perfect. Thanks to all for their posting their recipes for this.
