Couldn't post last night. We did legs.
Our local store has stopped stocking all Allegro products, but they have ordered me a case of Hot & Spicy and say they will do it whenever I ask. Fun thing was they had Allegro in a close out bin, and I bought them out.
H&S is the best chicken leg marinade around.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

I had already planned to do some chicken wings in the next few days. May wait so I can pick up some of that Allegro and give it a try.

Just marinade, usually for about 24 hours. Love the rack, I think the legs cook more evenly with it.

Just finished up a plate of drumsticks as well. That rack sure would have made life easier!
Dry rub on these was pink salt, pepper, bone dust, and a concoction of paprika, brown sugar, chili powder (very little), and cinnamon.
The egg makes incredible chicken... It's almost 11pm here and I've got to stop eating them! -
I got them at Ace Hardware.
