Sometimes a good thick Ribeye Steak will make you forget all about a rough day's work.  ;)

Very nice. My absolute favorite meal is one giant hunk of ribeye and a bottle of heavy cab. I have a bottle I'm saving for my victory meal after a school im about to attend.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Drill Sergeants don't drink cabs.  They drink piss and eat nails.  My Sgt Major told me that once.

Great job on a great meal.  Hard to beat a ribeye cooked correctly!!  Nice job!

I heard they don't even grill because they can sear the steak with their glare. Then again, my only experience is Full Metal Jacket.

    Great cook Dyal SC!

Nothing like a nice ribeye roast that one can call a steak!!! Very nicely done. That's my plan for this weekend while the wife is outta town.

Man your posts always look so good and I usually happen to be trying to plan out the next weekends cooks when I look at them. Steak looks awesome, I might have to check and see if I can find a couple to throw on the egg this weekend!  =P~

Thanks a lot, guys!  Count me in on that road trip as well!  :D

@Kosko, that's a little spicy and peppery beef rub that my buddy and I have been working on.  Not final yet, but it's getting there.  :)

Looks better than the Jimmy John's sammich I'm having for lunch.

I'm having a bad work day as well.  Might have to rectify that with some steaks for dinner.
