Pork loin marinated in COTS (commercial off the shelf) chili marinade for 24 hours.  Bacon, bacon, bacon.

Cooked indirect at 300 until the internal was mid 140 (about 2 hours).

Romaine salad and steamed broccoli.

Competing with daughter cooking cookies for counter space!

XLBGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to my daughter), MBGE and lots of toys
