It was awesome
Injected with apple cider viniger, apple cider, brown sugar, honey, and hit it with olive oil and BB Butt rub, pecan/cherry for smoke

Did one last night myself, indirect 350 to an IT of 140 pulled and rested while I got the sides ready. Delicious! But no pics so it did not happen....Love the look of your though.DavidBBQ since 2010 - Oh my, what I was missing.

Looks like the sliced stuff is swimming in juice. Excellent. What temp did you use for the indirect part?
