Nice cook! My wife just showed me a recipe for this 30 minutes ago and said "I bet that would be good on the Egg" which I take as code for cook this ;-)

Egghead_Daronsix_egg I get these REALLY thin cut round steaks at Walmart( only meat I get there)
spread with cream cheese cover with what-ever. These had Cream cheese, Green onion, Green pepper, mushrooms, cheddar-jack cheese roll up and pin with tooth pick. Direct at 400 turning about every 2 minutes.

I would say the steaks I get are less then an eighth of an inch thick, Can't member what there called but they are REALLY thin round steaks. Not to promote Walmart meat(not good) but these are ok for doin these.

Only time I shop Wal-Mart for meat is when I'm on vacation and it's the only store I can find.  Is it intended to be a cheese steak type of slice?
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
