Just the right amount of heat with a touch of sweet. I rubbed it with salt, pepper, cumin, and a bit of cayenne. Seared it on each side in the CI skillet. Then glazed with a mixture of Frank's Red Hot, fresh garlic, and brown sugar. Cooked at 350ish until center hit 165.
