Demo Eggs/Eggfests Question

I think it depends on the fest. I was hoping Texas would have smalls, no-go.Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket!
-
I think it depends on the dealer supplying the demo eggs. For Salado, Mickey had posted contact info for the dealer, so folks could contact hem directly with questions etc. I had called to see if i could get a better price on a small egg, but there was little difference between Houston area dealers and the price at Salado. If you can get the contact info for the dealer in question, call them and see what they can do for you.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Good question. I have a meeting with the Plano Fest sponsor tomorrow. I'll ask them.

Great. Thanks everybody. Steve, if you don't mind, post up after your meeting.

@Plano_JJ The Georgia Mountain Eggfest is offering all sizes. @egret recently stated in another thread to someone who was getting a Mini from them that the Mini wasn't even going to be unpacked because it can't really be used a whole lot at a fest. So I guess it really varies per fest.LBGE with a massive wish listAthens, Ga.

At Salado the Medium had to be paid in advance to get one. The Larges not so.....
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
With the majority of people that attend the eggfests likely being egg owners already it seems silly not to have a mini, small and medium there for demos.
I mean, who wouldn't be interested in a second egg once they see how other are using it?
I bet someone doing stirfry or sides on a small would draw quite a bit of interest.
I would probably buy a small demo with a nest if it were under 5 bills.

I saw that. Unfortunately no one near Austin wants to match that.FearlessTheEggNoob said:lousubcap said:@Fearless-check out the below link to the GA Mountain Eggfest and demo prices.
