There's a lot of firsts on the Egg

Nice mellow evenin' cooking some smoked slamon and asparagus on the egg...a little of the medicine in a highball glass...

went out to rotate the the greens....<backstep>

Never had to wear glasses before... something about the late 40s requires your eyes to get weak. So I got some glasses about 3 weeks ago. Rarely wear them, they annoy the hell out of me....

<present>.... opened the lid to turn the greens... was met with a normal amount of heat and smoke... no biggie...then I was blind.

The heat/smoke fogged up my glasses! I was panicked for a second, but then found my wits.

did I take off my glasses.....NO... that would have made sense. Opened the dome for a second rotation of the greens, more fog.. but instead of panick, anger.

(I just retrieved my glasses out of the middle of the yard)

And we're back to the 'medicine'.......
