Sausage wrapped Jalapeños

Options
One of my favorites 1. Take Jalapenos, cut off the top and core out the seeds and veins 2. Stuff with your choice of stuffing. I have used cream cheese, bacon bits, cheddar,etc. 3. Take pre-made sausage (Jimmy Deans, etc) form a patty and flatten it out. 4. Place Jalapeno on flat patty and roll up. Make sure sausage isn’t too thin as it will blow out. 5. Roll this in seasoned bread crumbs. I used Shake and Bake for pork. 6. Cook @ 350 for 35 minutes 7. Found this on an Outdoor Forum. Enjoy.
