Just cook at the normal temp you would your burgers. Leave the onion side up on longer. I like 350. Then turn to get the onion done.

Gandolf,[p]Having watched the onion burger wars of 2005, I know this is a touchy subject. I don't want to kick off any new crusades but these things are just too damn good.[p]I did it at 350 until done. I can't remember how long it took.[p][p]It was pouring rain when I did these and I didn't give them enough time on the onion side to brown up like I wanted but they were still great. [p][p][p]
