Windy wings and ribs

Got the inspiration from @500 and decided on some ribs, spur of the moment.

....a windy evening, it was....

Off to publix and got some fresh baby backs. Rubbed with a tad yellow mustard, DP dust, and on the egg it went. Did 3-2 and about 15 min open. It was so so so good!!!! Super fall off the bone tender. Somewhere, while on Maker's 46, decided there was too much of the frozen wings in the freezer and got them thawed, rubbed and on the egg, after the indirect phase was done and the smoke had cleared. Came out really well.
