first shot at st louis ribs. slow cooked and ftc. corn muffins, corn on the cob, pintos and smoked turnip greens smothered in slat pork. the ribs were smaller the the bb i usually do but were 3 ft long. im not sure they were better but they were good.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Sure looks good. They look thick.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
