Had three small hens to cook, and reached the "or else" point, even though we weren't eating them tonight.

Also had some pizza sauce left over that would go to waste.

Serendipity, tomato hens.

Done indirect at 400 until random internal was 180.

Looks delicious, will be tomorrow's lunch.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Love it. Sounds like Freezer Surprise, which i used to play as a bachelor - 1 protein from the freezer, 1 pot, 1 can of anything, cooked in the oven. Those were the rules. Spices were wildcards.
