All: We are having guests over to the house next week and pulled pork will be the fare. I need to cook four 8 to 10 pound butts.....32 to 40 pounds off meat in total on a large BGE. I have to cook all of them at the same time also. I won't be able to use the V rack this time due to space constraints. Is it possible to stack the butts on top of one another? The grill extender I have from BGE isn't tall enough. I have a couple of old bricks in the garage. Could I put them on the grid and then place another smaller grid on top of that? Is it safe to use old bricks in the BGE? I don't want to poison anyone. Any suggestions will be appreciated.....if you have pics of home made extenders that would be great also.
My body is in Atlanta but my mind is on a sunny, warm beach..........
