Surf & Turf

Cooked a surf & turf dinner last night. This was the first seafood I had attempted on the egg and it turned out very tasty. The "turf" was tri-tip steaks cooked like filets. This is my second time doing tri-tips and they have been awesome! The "surf" was stuffed shrimp and spiny lobster tails from Africa - purchased at a local seafood shop. Oh yeah, there were some baked potatos as well but those got overlooked when the plates were full.
