5.5hr. Smoked Baby Back Ribes and Potatoe Croquettes

Jackie picked up these meaty back rib's at Costco Fri.

The ribs on the left have Mad Hunky all purpose rub and on the right Melissa Cookston's rub with mustard to hold on both

Going into the fridge over night

The Egg temp. is 225* indirect with apple juice in the drip pan  I'll spray the ribs with it every hour as well, apple wood for smoke

While the ribs are smoking I'll get the potato croquettes ready to fry

Ribs are done it's time to fry the croquettes in canola oil

Ribs, two different rubs potato croquettes and a salad. Wonderful, the Ribs with Rib Rub were great a little sweeter, the Mad Hunky All Purpose Rub had more flavor and a little kick to it which we both liked
