Nothing to do this morning so why not cook something on the EGG.
I had never done any pizza so this was a great opportunity!
XL filled with lump, PS legs up, then grate, two bricks and on top of them my new pizza stone that i bought for $20.
I started the EGG and then off to make the pies. Dough was store bought, but a very good sour one and then mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and prochiutto.
I thought of making four pies but they were so good I ended up with six.
Cooked at 700 F for 3 minutes or less with great results.
So easy and so nice that I don't see myself ordering pizza from outside in the future.
