Newbie on brisket

I'm new to the forum but have been reading for a while now. I need some advice on brisket, I'm cooking 2 flats for a party this weekend and need some advice on how long they will take. They are both about 8lbs and I'm planning on cooking around 275. Any help would be great.

I've never cooked a flat because I understand they are much more challenging without the point. You should check out this thread:

The last flat I cooked was 5.5 lbs it cooked at 300-350 dome, indirect and was pulled after 4 hours.
