My wife got me a great gift. I've done my first smoke with it a few days ago. I smoked a turkey breast and it turned out great. I got the brine recipe off of one of the forum post and followed the directions for cooking that was posted with it.

Welcome aboard-great gift and a great cook. Enjoy the cult and the journey!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
