Did a brisket today using Stonewall Kitchen Texas Rub, a Christmas present from my son. Turned out fantastic - great flavor, nice bark, and just a little bit of heat. First time using it, but will use it again for sure. Can't wait to try the poultry and seafood rub.

I used to carry their stuff at my shop. They did a great job with just about everything. Made in Napa Valley was another great one. They made spices, mustards, marinades etc. you can buy anything from either of those guys with confidence that it's made for good stuff.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
