Hey Everybody, At what temp. Do you take your roast off? I usually take my butts off at 195-199 deg. Is the shoulder the same temp?
It's already at 170 deg. Cooking at 270 dome temp. Thanks..

Agreed. 200ish is when I pulled the bone-in, so I'd assume boneless would be similar... Merry Christmas
