The wife called while I as at the butchers and requested chops...so. Evo, s&p and a little garlic. I like to let them sit in lemon juice and pepper but no time.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

One of our favorites. Marinade for us is lemon juice, EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic (crushed) and oregano - kinda souvlaki chops.....Enjoy!Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

If you don't have time to brine. I use Lawreys season salt, Accent and lemon pepper.
