Christmas get-together ribs

I have to cook ribs for a family Christmas get together on Sunday, the only opportunity to cook them will be tomorrow (Friday). The weather here just plummeted into the freezer, I plan on going low and slow with 6 slabs in a rib rack, so temp control should not be much of an issue. I have never used the crutch but knowing that I will have a limited amount of time Sunday, I am thinking of cooking to the point where I would glaze the ribs and pull them at that time then wrap them in foil and refrigerate until Sunday morning, and then complete the cook. Is this the best method? and if so what do I need to put in the foil with the ribs? and finally how long do I reheat in the foil?
