Hi,[p]I am a big fan of the Jamison's two cookbooks and have made their Dallas Dandy brisket many times to great acclaim. They have another recipe in the book called braggin' rights brisket. The recipe says not to try it if you don't have a wood-burning pit. Has anyone tried it on the Egg?[p]Thanks,[p]Barbara

luvmyegg,
I have done the braggin rights brisket and it turned out great. I just used the rub ... i did not follow his cooking directions.[p]Doug

Smoked Signals,
Thanks a lot. I am thinking of heading down to Union Meats so I think I will try it out. On the other hand, I am getting such good results with Dizzy Pig rubs and they are a lot less work, so I may stick to them.[p]Barbara
