Need idea for New Years

Options

We are having a party and I would like to cook a hunk of beef that I can carve off of throughout the night. We will probably have 30 people total. Any ideas????? I have an XL so room shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks!

If you want to be different, you could do a few beef flank pastramies.  You can keep them warm for hours in a crock pot (rig up a steam bath).  Or brisket pastrami.   A giant hunk of standing rib roast is always a winner.

This is our first New Years with an Egg.  We usually do a bottom round, rare, with homemade horseradish sauce on yeast rolls.  We also cook a spice rubbed pork tenderloin. Can't wait to see how it all turns out off the Egg.
