Smokin' Guava Wood

Got my fix from Greg on Friday. Today I've got one slab of 100% organically grown baby back ribs and a fresh turkey breast on the large with three nice chunks of guava wood in the lump mix. The smell is to die for! Can't wait to see and taste the final product.
